TERMS OF SERVICE

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Descriptions and dimensions are as accurate as possible, however due to the handmade nature of the jewellery, there may be very slight variations between each product.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Items are shipped between 5-10 days from the date the order is placed, although this is sooner for most items.

DELIVERY IN THE UK

  • Your jewellery is dispatched using an appropriate Royal Mail tracked and insured delivery service:
  • Royal Mail tracked - £4  Delivery is 2-3 working days.
  • Special Delivery – £8  Delivery is next working day.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently international delivery is to the USA and Canada.
  • The standard delivery charge for international orders is £18.
  • Your jewellery is shipped using a Royal Mail International tracked delivery service. A signature will be required on delivery.
  • Delivery times are approximately 5-7 business days from dispatch depending on destination.   
  • International customers are responsible for any tax duties which may be incurred during the delivery or returns process.
  • Occasional delays which may arise due to local customs in your area are out of our control.
  • Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to Europe or NI due to recent changes to European shipping laws (GPSR regulations). This also applies to EEA countries. We hope this situation can be resolved soon, and apologize for any disappointment.

 

RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item please contact Sarah with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. Return details including the return address can then be provided.

  • A refund can be offered for the item you are returning provided it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Postage costs for the initial order and return postage cannot be reimbursed.
  • Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they have safely arrived, so for your own protection a suitable tracked and insured postal service is recommended.
  • Please note earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • If you believe an item to be faulty please notify Sarah as soon as possible.

 

PACKAGING

Your jewellery is gift wrapped in a silver foil printed grey box with a linen texture and tied with a ribbon.

 

SUSTAINABILITY

All jewellery is made using recycled sterling silver and gold, and gemstones are from a reliable, traceable source.

The jewellery boxes are made from recycled materials as well as the tissue paper and shipment boxes, and the ribbon is also recyclable.

 

HALLMARKING

All jewellery is hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

Hallmarking is a legal requirement in the UK with the exception of items that are under the weight exemptions listed below:

• Silver 7.78 grams • Gold 10 grams

I have hallmarked all jewellery regardless of weight exemptions for authenticity sake, with the exception of the Faerie Hoops. These are not hallmarked mainly for aesthetic reasons as the wire is quite fine. If you prefer you can request a hallmark, but this would mean a longer waiting time.
