DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

DELIVERY

• Shipping is currently only within the UK.
• Most items are shipped between 5-10 days from the date the order is placed.
• Your jewellery is dispatched using an appropriate Royal Mail tracked and insured delivery service:
• Royal Mail tracked - £3.50  Delivery is 2-3 working days.
• Special Delivery – £8  Delivery is next working day.

 

RETURNS

Should you wish to return an item please contact Sarah with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order. Return details including the return address can then be provided.

• A refund can be offered for the item you are returning provided it is unworn, in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Postage costs for the initial order and return postage cannot be reimbursed.
• Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they have safely arrived, so for your protection a suitable tracked and insured postal service is recommended.
• Please note earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• If you believe an item to be faulty please notify Sarah as soon as possible.
